To ensure a comfortable, safe, and respectful stay for everyone, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules during your visit:
Use of the Property
Check-in: From 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: By 10:30 a.m.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas.
Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Towels (bathroom or pool) may not be taken outside the house, especially to the beach.
In case of loss or damage, the following charges will apply at check-out:
Bedroom towel: COP 120,000
Pool towel: COP 120,000
Glassware, plates, and kitchen utensils may not be taken outside the house.
Keys & Safety
Bedroom keys are personal. In case of loss, a replacement fee of COP 100,000 will apply.
Glass items (cups or bottles) are not allowed in the pool area.
Children must be under adult supervision at all times.
Coexistence
Please avoid loud music, excessive noise, or any behavior that may disturb neighbors.
Responsability
Any damage to or loss of items will be the responsibility of the guest and must be paid for at check-out.
Report any problems immediately so they can be resolved in time.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change, therefore we offer the following cancellation policy:
Reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are non-refundable.
In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refunds will be issued for unused nights.
Additional Fees, Breakfast & Extra Guests
Breakfast Included
Daily breakfast is included in the rate for up to 16 guests.
For groups of more than 16 guests, an additional breakfast fee of USD 9 per person, per day will apply.
Capacity & Extra Guests
The house can accommodate up to 30 guests.
The base rate includes accommodation for up to 25 guests.
For reservations with more than 25 guests, an additional fee of USD 25 per extra guest, per night will apply.
All additional charges will be clearly and transparently communicated prior to booking confirmation.

Si lo que buscas es una casa muy amplia, limpia, con mucho espacio y con buena ubicación, este es el lugar perfecto para alquilar. Todo el staff nos trato de la mejor manera posible. Nelson nos ayudó en todas las reservaciones precio a nuestra llegada y doña Flor con todo el tema de limpieza y deliciosos desayunos. Definitivamente casa Beatriz es un lugar de calidad.

¡Esta era la ubicación perfecta dentro de la muralla! Cerca de todo. Los anfitriones se aseguraron de que pudieramos alquilar un barco para nuestro grupo y todo estaba configurado correctamente. Las señoras de la casa prepararon comidas increíbles y realmente nos cuidaron también. Solo me quedaré aquí cuando visite Cartagena.

La casa de Andrea es espectacular en todos los sentidos. Flor, la administradora de la casa, fue extremadamente atenta y servicial durante toda nuestra estancia. Estamos acostumbrados a tener un conserje local disponible. Aparte de los mosquitos, fue una experiencia maravillosa en general.

Nelson, el administrador de la propiedad, fue increíblemente receptivo, se encargó de todas nuestras reservas y ayudó a que nuestro viaje fuera inolvidable. La casa es perfecta, está céntrica y recientemente reformada, y tiene una hermosa piscina de la que nuestros hijos no querían salir. No podría haber pedido más, ¡simplemente lo mejor!
